From April 20 to 22, 2025, Yulin, Shaanxi—part of the renowned “Golden Triangle of China’s Energy and Chemical Industry”—hosted the highly anticipated China Modern Coal Chemical Industry and Energy Conservation & New Energy Integration Development Conference. Organized by Meihuake and the 365 Coal Chemical Think Tank, the event focused on cutting-edge industry developments and brought together experts from various sectors to explore innovative pathways and emerging trends in the integration of modern coal chemical processes with energy-saving and new energy technologies. As a provider of integrated management solutions for chemical production and storage, OKet was invited to participate in the exhibition.


At the exhibition, OKet showcased a comprehensive range of innovative solutions for the entire lifecycle of chemical products—from production and storage to loading and unloading.

2. VAP-O-LOC All-composite Internal Floating Roof


In the storage area, OKet's VAP-O-LOC all-composite internal floating roof stands out with its superior features including modular design, corrosion resistance, fire and explosion resistance, and a seamless full-contact liquid interface. These features significantly reduce chemical evaporation losses and provide efficient, safe, and eco-friendly storage solutions for coal chemical enterprises. It also boasts flexible installation with no need for hot work or electricity, short construction time, and high cost-effectiveness throughout its lifecycle. The VAP-O-LOC is especially suitable for large-diameter storage tanks.

3.RTG7800 Radar Level Gauge


Also drawing significant attention was OKet's RTG7800 radar level gauge. Utilizing Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) technology, it features excellent anti-interference capabilities and performs accurately even in environments with noise, vapor, or dust. With high sensitivity and broad compatibility for level measurement in coal chemical production, it delivers precise, real-time data to support enterprise production management.

4.Chemical Safety Loading & Unloading Interlock System


In the loading and unloading process, OKet's Chemical Safety Loading & Unloading Interlock System stood out as a key highlight. Utilizing interlock-based automatic control technology, the system enables comprehensive safety checks and controls, including:


  • Transport media conformity verification

  • Static electricity discharge for both personnel and vehicles

  •  Vehicle key management

  • Loading arm return control

  • Overfill prevention

  • Vapor recovery

  • Combustible gas detection & alarm

These functions are all interlocked with the quantitative loading system, allowing for strict control of key parameters throughout the loading and unloading operations. By standardizing procedures and mitigating human error, the system helps prevent incidents such as overloading or incorrect loading, providing a robust safety guarantee for chemical handling operations.
